We can’t assume people with the internet and an old device know how to use them. Even when people have access to these things, they may not have the skills to enable them to access vital services and support.

National Databank

The National Databank is providing free data to 500,000 people in need via Good Things Foundation’s network of community partners, in partnership with Virgin Media O2, Vodafone and Three.

 

Digital Lifeline

Digital Lifeline was an emergency response project getting devices, data and digital skills support to digitally excluded people with learning disabilities in England. It was funded by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) and delivered by Good Things Foundation with 150 partners across England.

 

Everyone Connected

In this new socially distanced world Good Things Foundation is coordinating action through a new initiative called Everyone Connected (formerly DevicesDotNow), targeting digitally excluded households without access to the internet.
