We’re all for digital. Shouldn’t digital be for all?

We’re taking people from digitally excluded to included

Before we dive into the transformational impact of digital inclusion, let’s demystify digital exclusion. If you’re not familiar with the term, you’re not alone – nearly half of the population have never heard of it. But it’s one that you need to know. Digital exclusion is a very real problem posing a significant challenge for people in our digital society.

Digital exclusion refers to barriers individuals face when accessing digital technology (such as the internet, laptops, and smartphones), usually coupled with a lack of skills or knowledge to utilise these digital technologies. Consequently, digitally excluded people are unable to participate fully in the digital world. Sadly, millions of people in the UK experience this reality. Our mission is to fix this digital divide.

Digital inclusion is transformational

Real stories of digital inclusion are the heart of our campaign. These stories show how getting access to free mobile data, devices and digital skills training can change peoples' lives.
