Head of Marketing and Communications
Anna manages all of Good Things Foundation’s Marketing and Communications, helping to ensure we can effectively tell our story, reaching a range of audiences and ensuring people understand the impact of our work. On a day to day basis, this includes overseeing our campaigns, digital communications, corporate and stakeholder communications, PR, events and more.

Emma Stone
Director of Evidence and Engagement
Emma leads a team of specialist experts - skilled in service design, user research, evaluation, data insights, marketing, communications, external affairs and advocacy.

Hannah Whelan
Advocacy Manager
Hannah leads on Good Things Foundation's advocacy efforts. Hannah works across teams to shape creative campaigns that lobby political actors and move people to action to tackle the UK's digital divide.

Heidi Ghaichem
Communications and External Affairs Manager
Heidi builds organisational reputation and positions Good Things externally, managing stakeholder relationships and dealing with government departments and corporate partners. She also provides editorial guidance and delivers communication plans.

Phoebe Scholefield
Communications and External Affairs Intern
Phoebe provides support to the Communications, Marketing and External Affairs team, creating engaging social media content, supporting campaigns and writing newsletters and case studies.

Tom McGrath
Policy and Research Officer
Tom coordinates our Data Poverty Lab and fellowship scheme, helping to design more affordable solutions for the internet. He supports our advocacy by writing consultation responses and working closely with parliamentarians to fix the digital divide for good. Tom also monitors external statistical releases and designs qualitative research projects.

Vicky Lawson
Communications and External Affairs Manager
As Communications and External Affairs Manager Vicky is driven to make sure everyone understands Good Things Foundation’s work in digital inclusion.
She works with designers, agencies and researchers, both in house and externally, to produce content that shows us at our best. From creating and delivering comms plans to interrogating the analytics to improve our digital presence, Vicky has a hand in it all.
