Digital Skills for Employability Playbook

Helping community organisations improve learner journeys for those on the path to digital skills for work

While 92% of employers say a basic level of digital skills is important for their staff, there are still currently 8.7 million adults in the UK who lack the essential digital skills required for work.

Community organisations across the country are helping to address this gap and build the skills needed to gain employment or take the next steps in education. This Digital Employability Playbook brings together all the learnings from centres involved, to help others tailor the learner journeys and improve outcomes for those on the path to better digital skills for work.

Creation of the playbook was supported by Good Things Foundation’s partners Yorkshire Building Society, JP Morgan Chase Foundation, Enterprise Blueprints and Accenture.
