Our digital inclusion services

We power digital inclusion services that are delivered through community-based Digital Inclusion Hubs. With free mobile data, devices and digital skills training, we’re helping Hubs reach digitally excluded people across the UK - so they can get online safely, affordably and confidently.

National Digital Inclusion Network

The National Digital Inclusion Network is made up of over 7,500 organisations in the UK, all working to fix the digital divide. Known as Digital Inclusion Hubs, each organisation is different and all deliver a range of free services to help people in their local communities access or learn how to use the internet.

National Databank

Like a foodbank but for mobile data, the National Databank provides free mobile SIM cards for people who can’t access or afford the internet. Digital Inclusion Hubs distribute data packages from the National Databank to help digitally excluded people get connected.

National Device Bank

The National Device Bank provides laptops, mobile phones and tablets for individuals who may not have access to a device. Powered through partnership, when public and private sector organisations repurpose their decommissioned tech through our exclusive tech partner Reconome, they're helping digitally excluded people get online.

Learn My Way

Learn My Way is a free online learning tool helping people with low or no digital skills to gain confidence and learn how to use the internet. At the heart of the National Digital Inclusion Network, digital skills support is a crucial service to help people safely navigate digital technologies.
