Organising and communicating takes up the majority of Deborah’s day-to-day work in supporting the digital team, she’s there to help things run as smoothly as possible. She also tries to help others understand what the team is up to and how they can support the rest of the organisation.

Now Head of Digital, he manages the development of Good Things Foundation's online courses, learning platform and websites, and leads a tribe of techies in building stuff for the web and solving the problems that are thrown at them day in day out.

Louise works across the front end of our sites, adding new features and maintaining the current code. She gets involved in UX where she can and enjoys making sure that we are creating the most accessible and useful thing for our users.

Mo works on our Digital team and provides technical support to his colleagues across the organisation. In his spare time, he enjoys learning about the latest technology on YouTube.

Phil Cheshire

Senior developer (front-end/UX)

The focus of Phil's day-to-day role is the user and how all the digital team's front-end work satisfies the user's needs. His role ranges from UX analysis and interface design through to advising the team on best practice and sometimes even building the front-end. He likes his role as it is very varied and he gets to problem-solve on a daily basis. There's never a dull moment.
