What can we learn from our local centres?
This report shows our findings after asking 57 centres about the issues facing them, to help us better shape our strategy to respond to the needs of our centres.
Our Network and Design and Research teams have conducted research to get a snapshot of the issues affecting our local Online Centres in Sheffield, in order to learn, shape our strategy and better respond to needs.
We asked 57 centres in Sheffield the following two questions:
- What are the three most pressing challenges facing your community?
- For each of the three challenges, which people are most affected?
In this report, we outline the main challenges we identified from our centres in Sheffield. We worked to understand whether our centres could tackle these issues, and mapped out the next steps we need to take in order to overcome these core challenges.
