Lloyds Banking Group digital inclusion programme

Together with Lloyds Banking Group, we’ve devised a digital inclusion programme that will have an impact on supporting people with low financial and digital literacy. There are 16.2m people in the UK with low financial capability and 3.1m people who have low financial and digital capability.

Working with Lloyds Banking Group, we are creating and funding network of 100 centres who will support learners to improve their digital and financial literacy skills. Centres will use courses on Learn My Way that have been developed in conjunction with Lloyds Banking Group, including on managing money online, online banking and staying safe online.

As well as delivering through the Online Centres Network, Good Things Foundation will also deliver 500 face-to-face sessions to Lloyds Bank customers.

Good Things Foundation are also supporting Lloyds Banking Group digital champions, helping them to find opportunities to share their skills in the community through the Online Centres Network.

Lloyds Banking Group sponsored Learn My Way courses have been accessed 28,157 times with 23,907 course completions.
225 organisations have registered on the Lloyds Banking Group volunteering portal with 238 opportunities posted
