Digital Deal

The Digital Deal was a cross-government initiative aimed at social housing providers who are working to increase digital inclusion among tenants.

Managed and administered by Good Things Foundation, the Digital Deal consisted of 12 pilot projects, led by social landlords to test innovative ways to get tenants online and improve their digital skills. The projects ran from September 2013 to May 2014, and shared new ideas and best practice with social housing providers nationwide. Residents in social housing benefited from improved skills and access to digital services, while SHPs were able to improve communications, and generate savings and efficiencies in the future.
