The website provides session plans and teaching resources to run pre-entry level ESOL classes, improving English language skills to help people better integrate with their local communities.
EnglishMyWay.co.uk was born in 2014 when Good Things Foundation, working in partnership with BBC Learning English and British Council, developed a new community-based English language programme. The programme was funded by the Department for Communities and Local Government (now the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government) and ran as a 24-week course in Online Centres around the country.
The English My Way website was developed as the online home of the ESOL learning programme, offering flexible tutor resources available completely free to everyone.
The English My Way website is completely free to use.
