Head of Service Design

As the Head of Service Design Tim spends a lot of time with people to understand the problems they face and then work with them to design solutions that work for them. Tim's job is to understand the tools, interactions and behaviours involved in completing a task and then use this insight to design new interventions to improve their experience.

Tim says... "I believe digital isn’t about the technology used, but the people, relationships and opportunities it can create and support. Digital shouldn’t be the only solution. It should help and facilitate a solution that is led by the people who have lived experience of the social challenges that we’re trying to overcome."

Alison supports the development and delivery of training to the Online Centres Network and other community organisations.
