Sue Hennessey

Grant Manager

Sue manages the strategic development of grant making within the organisation and is committed to building capacity to create a step change in the way support is designed and delivered, giving people a digital boost which will help them improve their lives, businesses and communities.

She is currently managing the whole lifecycle of the Power Up Fund, providing support throughout the journey with applicants, from clear and transparent advice and guidance in developing project proposals, through to supporting successful grantees with coaching, service design, impact measurement and evaluation.

Sue says... “I believe there is a significant opportunity to use digital to create a fairer society and a more inclusive economy. I want to ensure that communities are at the heart of everything we do, blending human and digital approaches, to ensure no-one is left behind.

"As an outcomes-focussed relationship funder, I am keen to work with local organisations to support the development of ideas that put people and communities at their heart, building on local strengths and assets and harnessing the power of digital to make a real difference to peoples' lives.”

Megan’s role is to provide operational support for projects, particularly looking at process improvement.
