IT and Data Support Officer

Liam supports office staff with their IT needs, buys and sets up laptops and equipment, and tries to fix issues as they arise. He takes part in system testing, when new releases to the websites are being prepared, and also helps to manage any live issues, investigating where errors have occurred and how we might fix them, before handing things over to the developers.

Liam’s very interested in data, and helps the organisation by digging into the databases and pulling out numbers and information whenever it's required.
